Cut turkey slices into 1x3-inch strips.

Preheat oven to 350°F Add flour to large oven-cooking bag; close bag and shake gently to coat inside of bag with flour. Place bag in 15×10-inch baking pan. Remove gravy packet from turkey breast. Refrigerate for another use or discard. Dry turkey breast with paper towels. Place turkey breast, potatoes, apples and onion in bag.
Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine juice concentrate, lime peel, lime juice, honey, dressing and salt in small bowl; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and apples; cook 5 minutes, or until tender, stirring frequently.
Preheat the oven to 275°F.
Combine dressing and bacon until blended. Spread evenly onto cut sides of rolls.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
STUFFING: Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels. Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet. Set bacon aside. Add onion and celery to drippings. Cook on medium-high heat 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
